NC High-speed Steel Sample Sawing System

        This is an innovative product developed by Anshan Hengtong Group independently, mainly used in large- and medium-sized steel-rolling mills for high-speed sawing of steel samples. In the intelligent control mode, the system can perform automatic feeding, automatic transfer, sample data reading, automatic marking, sawing according to given instructions, allocation to the next station or sample baskets according to given instructions, and other functions. In special cases, it can also be operated manually. The system provides high degree of automation and simple and smooth operation, and right now it is already used in the 4.3-m heavy plate mill project in Shandong Laiwu Iron and Steel and other projects.
