        As balling installations used in the pellet production process, theΦ6000mm/Φ7500mm disc pelletizers, key and new products at the provincial level, are developed by our group independently. After the finite element analysis and structural optimization design conducted in combination with the State Key Laboratory of the Industrial Equipment Structural Analysis, Dalian University of Technology, the equipment structure tends to be more reasonable, its production is higher, its operation is safer and more reliable, its maintenance is more easy and convenient, and thus it reaches the leading technical level at home and advanced technical level in the world. The Φ7500mm disc pelletizer is the world's largest diameter of ball-making equipment. It has over 80% of domestic market share and been sold to Ansteel, Wuhan Steel, Benxi Steel, Handan Steel, Lingyuan Steel, Tangshan Steel, Tian Iron, Liuzhou Steel, Taiyuan Steel and other large steel enterprise groups, and, in addition, it has been exported to India, Brazil and other countries.
